Not all salt is created equal. Here's why:

Table salt is officially not cool. Along with evidence that shows the added iodine in the salt supply could precipitate thyroid problems (the very thing it was put there to prevent), it is also higher in sodium that other, more natural, sea salts.

A natural salt farmed from the sea could actually help people with kidney and cardiovascular problems. People with low functioning adrenal glands should definitely use Celtic Sea Salt.

Symptoms of low adrenal function are inability to tolerate bright light (also an indication of B vitamin need), low blood pressure, decreased a.m. cortisol, decrease in systolic blood pressure from the recumbent to the standing, inability of the pupils to remain constricted with bright light, iron anemia, overall low blood pressure, ligament instability/weakness, and intolerance to high potassium foods (bananas, oranges, beans, etc.).

Adding Celtic Sea Salt may also help those with pH problems like those who tend to stay on the acidic side of the pH scale. People with poor digestion may also be helped with Celtic Sea Salt as the body needs several things to make hydrochloric acid to digest your food.

Vitamin B1, zinc and chloride from salt are primary factors in making hydrochloric acid. We can also use Celtic Salt to restore electrolyte balance. All one needs to do is use approximately 1/4 tsp in 6-8 oz of water on and empty stomach 1-2 times per day along with drinking plenty of pure water throughout the day.

Celtic Salt can also be used to make a solution to flush out sinuses.

RECIPE:

  • one quart of distilled water

  • 1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt

  • 1/4 baking soda.

Dissolve contents and flush sinuses as need.

You can see that something so simple can be used for a myriad of conditions and symptoms. Just remember you can get too much of a good thing. Use caution and consult your natural doctor about your health concerns.
